Pastor Godman is an accomplished author, speaker, and expert in leadership and relationship coaching. He has been happily married to Pastor Bola for several years, and they are blessed with two adorable daughters, Danielle and Annabel.

Our Story
Most of humanity can relate with the desire for greatness. It drives most of our life decisions and commitments and defines us, however there is a higher dimension to the matter. We, as children of God, are called to a life of greatness activated by and intertwined impact- serving God and humanity.
Founded on the 10th of October 2010, under the leadership of Global Lead Pastors Godman and Bola Akinlabi, The Elevation Church is a global, pragmatic, forward-thinking teaching ministry focused on empowering her audiences/ community with biblical, practical, and principle-based tools to achieve significance. We understand that there’s a supernatural dimension to every sphere as well as a place for man’s actions and investments on the earth to make for true greatness.
Today, as a global church with expressions in our home nation, Nigeria, and more springing up in the UK, Europe, North America, and across the world, that commitment to making greatness common is as firm as always despite the multiple social contexts involved.

OUR BELIEFS
- We believe in the Godhead- the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
- We believe that God the Father, loved us so much that He sent Jesus Christ His son, to take on flesh so that He could die and save us (the world) from sin.
- We believe that Jesus died and resurrected and is seated now at the right hand of the Father.
- We believe that we have another comforter, The Holy Spirit who is God and with whose fellowship we enjoy here on earth.
- We believe that we are joint heirs with Jesus to God’s inheritance by His word and that we will rule and reign with Him forever more
